What we process
This site uses no cookies and doesn't track visitors, and we don't store visitors' IP addresses.
Through the contact form we receive your name, email address, the topic and your message. If you email us, we receive your email address and your message.
Why we process it
We use these details only to answer your message and to prepare a quote. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. If you ask for a quote, the basis is taking steps at your request before a contract. We don't use your details for marketing.
Who sees it
Messages are read by Joni Orrensalo. These providers process the details on our behalf:
- Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL relays the form's message through servers in Frankfurt.
- Google stores the messages in our email (Google Workspace). The details may be processed in the EU and the United States. The transfer rests on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU's standard contractual clauses.
We don't sell your details or pass them to anyone else.
How long we keep it
The form's message is sent to our email. It isn't stored on the site or in a database. We keep the message in our email for as long as the matter needs. If it leads to an assignment, we keep the related details for the length of the contract and for as long as the Finnish Accounting Act requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see your details, to have them corrected or erased, and to have their processing restricted. You can also object to the processing. Send your request by email and we'll answer within one month.
If you think your details are being handled unlawfully, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
